What is "myEnergyView" ?

"myEnergyView" is a system that will allow you to view your own account information. Once registered, you will be able to view your billing history, account consumption, payment history and account services. The information provided reflects all transactions as they currently show in our database. The data presented can be displayed in a graphical representation if desired.

How do I register?

To register, simply click on the "Register" button and then enter your account number as it appears on your Alectra, formerly Guelph Hydro, bill. (Note. You must enter leading zeros and you must enter the dash "-". )

You must also enter your email address so that we can register your account number and generate a "PIN" for you. Once we have generated a "PIN" for you, we will email it to the email address that you have provided us.

Once I receive my "PIN" number via Email, how do I log on?

Simply enter your Alectra, formerly Guelph Hydro, account number and the "PIN" number that we emailed you when you registered and click the "Sign-on" button.

What do I do if I forget my "PIN"?

If you forget your "PIN" just press the "Forgot Pin?" option. Enter your account number and we will email your "PIN" to you. We will email the "PIN" to the email address that you provided us when you registered.

Can other people see my data?

No. Our "Account Online" uses the same technology that banks use to ensure data privacy and security. If you would like to manage more than one account number, you can register your other account numbers under one primary account so that that you can view all payment and billing history in one location. This feature is available under "My other accounts".
